After substantial revisions last year, the Chrysler 200 carries over unchanged for 2012.

|
The Chrysler 200 is a true contender in the ultra-competitive midsize car category, offering value through a high level of standard equipment, along with variety in a convertible model with available hardtop. Replacing the Sebring, the 200 forges its own identity with modern styling and a refined cabin, underpinned by responsive handling and innovative technologies.

The 300 is available in rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, with V6 or V8 power. The 3.6-liter V6 sends power through a five-speed (Base) or eight-speed (Limited and S) transmission. S V8 models use a 5.7-liter V8 and five-speed automatic transmission. The performance oriented SRT8 receives a mammoth 6.4-liter V8 and five-speed automatic transmission. Standard safety features include antilock disc brakes, active-headrests, driver knee, seat-mounted side and overhead curtain airbags, traction control, stability control and ignition disable. Available features include heated and ventilated leather front bucket seats, navigation system, Bluetooth and automatic dual-zone climate control.

The 300C has been redesigned for 2011 with a new exterior look that compliments the revised interior.

Chrysler's 370-hp 5.7-liter Hemi V8 powers the 300C Hemi and all-wheel drive Base models through a five-speed automatic transmission. A 425-hp 6.1-liter Hemi V8 powers the SRT8. Both engines are capable of intelligently shutting-down select cylinders while cruising under low-load conditions, which conserves gas. Standard features such as SmartBeam headlamps that automatically dim for on-coming traffic, four-wheel-disc anti-lock brakes, traction control and an electronic stability control system enhance safety.
